Pender and northeast South Carolina, including the following areas,
Central Horry, Coastal Georgetown, Coastal Horry, Inland Georgetown
and Northern Horry.
* WHEN…From Saturday morning through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Tropical moisture will overspread the area Saturday through
Sunday with showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rainfall at
times. Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with a few areas
potentially observing amounts up to 8 inches. This excessive
rainfall could lead to flooding, especially along and near prone
low-lying areas.
